Iittala glass - pattern please?

Would anyone happen to know the name of the pattern for this glass from Iittala? Is it Lunaria?

Looking from the top, the base is clear (no patterning). It is about 8.5cm tall and 7cm in diameter.

My mother was given a pair of these many years ago. One has since been broken. I'd like to replace it for her...
