Hi,
Sorry I can't write this in Finnish. No doubt I've chosen the wrong forum, too, but perhaps the moderator can move this query to the correct forum.
We bought this piece about 4 years ago from a dealer whose honesty we came to doubt.
We thought this piece was probably genuine, but because we haven't been sure, we haven't listed it on our website. It's not a design we've seen elsewhere, either on auction sites or in books. Can anyone advise us? Is it the real thing?

About your item, I must say that I have never seen a piece like this made by Franck. What I would be very sceptical about is that it looks like there's something wrong in the signature - it says "Nuutäjarvi..." and that is misspelled - it should be "Nuutajärvi". I don't know if it is relevant but it looks strange to me. Maybe signer lady/gentleman had a terrible hangover...

The artists rarely signed their work so there's variation in signatures.
