Mäntsälän Lasisepät is/was one of the little glass workshops in Finland. They do have made some art glass but as far as I know those items don´t have much of a collection value.
The picture you linked is a votive called Metsä (Forest) and it´s designed by Pertti Kallioinen. Metsä has been made in various sizes (two at least).
I have a little, 10 cm tall, yellow easter bunny made by Mäntsälän Lasisepät. It´s not very cute or fine work but has some sentimental value. The Metsä votive I have is too small for a tea light candle, the candle doesn´t fit, so it might have been made for this kind of candles:

You are terrific. Some of us have been trying to find out about a Lasisepat Vase for a very long time. It was a cactus shape mis identified as by English Glassmaker Frank Thrower. I will try to put a picture here asap. I have one and I love it
Will send the link tomorrow if I can. Why dont you put your pic in the collection here so this glasworks will finally be "official" somewhere
Thanks so much
cheers cris

Here is link to the vase type that has caused so much id controversy
http://cgi.ebay.com.au/VINTAGE-RAVENHEAD-OR-L...
I have seen one with a lasisepat sticker
They are really lovely in person
It just shows that no maatter how small a glassworks is there is always something special.
These are collected just for their design as if you search lasisepat on the glassmessages forum you will see they have been much discussed.
If I can take a good pic of my vase I will submit it so it finds a place here:-)
cheers cris

Here you have a link to something similar in a smaller form, unfortunately there are only one picture available in both cases (ebay and huuto.net), different angles would have eased the identification.

Not much, they have manufactured centrifugal cast and blown glass between 1978 and 2003 when factory was closed.
